Off the Pitch

The thing I love most about Wales lacrosse: is being surrounded by such amazing friends and great people. The adrenalin rush of sport at the highest level!

Favourite Wales lacrosse tradition: wearing tape for matches to remind us of our core values

People who have had the greatest influence on my sports career: my dad for always supporting me throughout and never missing a game!

Food heaven: roast chicken, salad with a proper French dressing, toast and honey!

Food hell: coriander, coconut, creamy sauces and sardines!

Pre-game ritual: laying my clothes out the night before, hair braided by Mel, same hair ties, lucky charm in stick bag, write key messages on wrist, etc…

My life’s theme song: Elton John- Your Song (for Tom) and The Script & Will.I.Am- Hall of Fame

Favourite movie: Any Given Sunday

TV show I would most like to be on: Question of Sport

Hidden talent: shopping and fluent in French and Spanish

Three things I would take with me on a deserted island: husband Tom & my two French bulldogs Ella and Mechant

Favourite sport other than lacrosse: rugby!

Where I would spend £1,000: Mulberry handbag

My dream car: Aston Martin

My ideal day: at home cooking with Tom and then just chilling with the dogs

Favourite conditioning/fitness drill: sprints on a Watt Bike

Where I see myself in 10 years: with kids!
